Product Support Policy Overview
Renogy is committed to maintaining the security of its products by providing ongoing security updates during the supported service period. Security updates address potential vulnerabilities, apply relevant security patches, and improve the overall security of supported Renogy devices.
For eligible product models, Renogy provides security updates for a defined support period starting from the model’s initial release. Unless stated otherwise, this support lasts at least two (2) years from the first shipment date for that model.
Renogy may publish and update information regarding product support status, including devices that have reached the end of their security update support period. This information is made publicly available to help users understand whether their device remains eligible for security updates.
*Note: Security updates may include improvements and fixes related to product firmware, pre-installed software, software required for core product functionality, and applicable external control or management software.
For certain product models, Renogy may provide security update support beyond the standard support period, subject to technical feasibility and operational considerations. In cases where a critical security vulnerability is identified, Renogy may provide necessary security fixes even for products that have reached the end of their standard support period.
