    No Cash Change: If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be stored on the same card for future use. Change will not be given in cash.
    Non-Refundable for Cash: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  • Liability Disclaimer
    For your security, Only customers or recipients can access full gift card codes. Please keep it secure to prevent unauthorized use. The gift card is a bearer instrument. Renogy is not liable for any loss resulting from lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card
  • Refund & Return Policy
    Non-Cash Redemption: The balance in the gift card account cannot be cashed out.
    Order Refund Process: If a refund is issued for an order paid with agift card, the amount paid via the gift card will be refunded exclusively to the original gift card.
    Refund Method: By default, the refund will be returned to the email address associated with the original order account.
