1. Is this what i would need to add a 5th 100 watt panel to my other 4 100 watt system?
Depending on the input capacity of your controller and the amperage capacity of the wire you use, this product might help.
2. For wire sizethe male/female connectors, what range of gauges of wire do these accept?
Normally for 14-10 awg solar wire.
4. Why these solar connectors are so tightly and can't remove from solar panels?
The tight design can prevent solar connectors from leaking by water. If you need to remove them from solar panels, you can use Renogy solar spanners.
