It's a very cool technology.
If you have large leaves to cover an entire solar cell, these shade-tolerant solar panels are the best thing around.
Different shading situations are hard to figure out. It can be either 99% or sometimes 5% of improvement in output. So, it really depends on your environment.

I really like this panel. Now it's getting 210W out of it.Getting a higher output than what is rated is pretty rare.

I have just got lucky for the shadowflux panel to be the exact same size for the top of the tent box. It’s even more flush than it was before now. I’ve had to engineer it slightly to get the flush fitting and so the electrics from the panel to the van can pivot when opened.
