Before installing the battery, please note that you need to leave 1.97-3.94 in (50-100 mm) for the top of the battery; the side with busbars needs to be left at least 7.87 in (200 mm).

1. Can this battery be used in series to build a 24-volt system?
Yes. You can connect Renogy 12.8V 100Ah Core Mini Batteries in series for a 24V off-grid power system.
2. Does this Core Mini LFP battery have low-temperature cut-off?
Yes. It is built in with low-temperature charging protection to prevent the battery from charging below 32°F / 0°C.
3. How many Renogy 12.8V 100Ah Core Mini Series Batteries can I connect at most?
You can connect up to 16 batteries in series and parallel to expand power to 20.48kWh. Batteries of the same model and similar capacity are required.
4. Can I pair a Bluetooth Module for this battery to monitor the battery status on the phone?
No. This battery does not have a Bluetooth port for a Bluetooth Module. However, you can connect your battery with a Renogy 300A Battery Shunt (sold separately), which can send the data to the DC Home app via Bluetooth so you can keep track of battery status in real time.
5. How to recharge my LiFePO4 batteries?
Whether you prefer charging batteries via solar, a DC-DC battery charger, or an AC-DC charger, we highly recommend a solar charge controller/charger compatible with lithium iron phosphate batteries.
