useful for multiple renogy products

I own a dc-dc charger, a mppt charger, an inverter as well as 3 LIPO4 batteries, all Renogy branded, so I bought this hub to use my BT-2 module and the app for monitoring multiple devices at the same time. I bought the mppt charger sometime ago which came with a BT-1 module, which isn't compatible with the newer BT-2 module, so I couldn't include the mppt charger in the monitoring setup as the other devices were using BT-2. After I setup the hub with one device I was trying to trying to figure how to connect the other device because it didn't come with a RS485 data cable. Then I realized that RS485 is a communications protocol not a cable, so I tried using a RJ45 LAN cable used for computers and it worked!

This is a good product and Werth the small price that it cost. Three devices and one Bluetooth to see it all, you can link bt1 in the same app cool good work RENOGY and the app has a good solar display as well. No need to pair with bluetooth on smart phone as the app has this covered.
